Both your comments and Jame's comments helped me to understand this more. I have some understanding of depression having been afflicted. However, it is important for thsoe who have not had it as severe to understand those who have. I was more of the over-achieving get high marks even when you are depressed so it is easy for me to think it is all about will-power. But seeing your comments helps me to understand more clearly. Also, I understand with ocd how things seem so out of my control.
I saw you posted there. I smiled when I saw it :)
Just dropping by to give you 2 cents of my thoughts.....as for sleeping, the sleep cycle is easily discombobulated. If you are making up for lost sleep during the day, it will interfere greatly with a night time sleep schedule. My suggestion is to not catch up on sleeping during the day.....not matter how much the tiredness seizes you...and go to sleep at your night time hour.
I hope this can work for you. Nothing like being up all night, blah, I hate that!!
